Dabdub are only able to accept refunds, returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from www.dabdub.com.

We are delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. We are here to help you and to ensure you are delighted with your products, so please do not hesitate to contact us, at any time, via hello@dabdub.com.

Please note, it is not possible to get refund or return for these items on SALES items.

REFUND AND RETURNS

Our return policy is valid if you are not completely satisfied with any product due to

• defects in design, materials and workmanship,
•  unsatisfactory quality or fit for the purposes for which they are intended, or
•  the products being past their expiry date after the goods were delivered.
  We are happy to offer replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from www.dabdub.com. Cancelations must be made within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
